Agee Digit Widget
PIP flexion contractures result from a torque imbalance across the joint. Either there is not enough extensor force, too much flexor force, or a combination of the two. The Digit Widget reverses these contractures by utilizing the principle that gentle force applied over time will stimulate growth of contracted soft tissues. The Digit Widget applies extension torque to reverse the contracture, instead of joint traction used by other methods. The Digit Widget does not prohibit finger flexion. The patient remains more active during treatment thereby minimizing joint stiffness.
It is important to remember that while the Digit Widget is very effective in reversing PIP contractures, maintenance of active joint extension requires identification and treatment of the underlying cause of the each patient’s PIP joint contracture.

Agee WristJack
The WristJack Fracture Reduction System was created around the mechanics of the distal radius fracture in order to help physicians obtain the best possible result for their patients. The WristJack uses gear driven adjustments to take advantage of functionally intact soft tissue hinges to achieve ligamentotaxis in multiple planes, or MULTIPLANAR™ Ligamentotaxis.
Palmar translation of the hand on the forearm tightens an intact dorsal periosteum and restores palmar tilt. Radial length, rotational alignment and radial inclination are all independently adjustable using color-coded gears. Wrist positioning is independent from fracture reduction.
Fracture Reduction using the WristJack can be monitored with fluoroscopy.

Agee TurnKey FCS
Indicated for the treatment of acute, unstable dorsal fracture dislocations of the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint of the fingers in which external fixation as provided by the TurnKey FCS alone is sufficient to obtain and maintain concentric reduction of the fracture dislocation during bone and soft tissue healing
Pin Placement Guide that holds the fracture reduced during bone pin installation and facilitates precise pin insertion. Obtains and maintains joint alignment by a method that permits active ROM exercises. Minimally invasive procedure that requires the percutaneous insertion of only two bone pins. Radiolucent device and pin placement guide that optimizes fracture visualization. Reduction force is easily adjusted.

Agee PIP Fix
Indicated for the treatment of unstable dorsal fracture dislocations of the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint of the fingers in which external fixation as provided by the PIP Fix alone is sufficient to obtain and maintain concentric reduction of the fracture dislocation during bone and soft tissue healing.
Capable of exerting both palmar translating forces to the middle phalanx and length restoration forces to the PIP joint. Palmar translation and length restoration forces are easily adjusted.
