Distal Femoral Osteotomy System (DFOS)
The DFOS system includes implants to correct several distal femoral conditions, such as flexion contractures and varus/valgus deformities. Offset plates help maintain the mechanical axis. The instrumentation includes a pin guide and cut guides to assist with more precise osteotomies and implant placement.
PediFlex Flexible Nailing System
Locking Proximal Femur
The Locking Proximal Femur (LPF) plate system is designed for long bone fractures and osteotomies in children and adolescents, and is indicated for derotational and angular osteotomies, where a bone is cut to shorten, lengthen, or change its alignment. The system’s implants and instruments are used to perform varus and valgus osteotomies for patients with varus, or bow-legged, deformities or valgus, or knock-kneed, deformities.

PediNail Intramedullary Nail
The PediNail Intramedullary Nail is anatomically designed to meet the unique needs of pediatric and adolescent patients, and is available in diameters of 7, 8, 9, and 10mm with lengths ranging from 20-38cm. The procedure is performed using a lateral trochanteric entry point to facilitate a simplified procedure, and reduces the danger to blood vessels near the piriformis fossa.

PediFrag Wrist Fusion Plate
The OrthoPediatrics Wrist Fusion System is an extension of the PediFrag system, and is indicated for wrist arthrodesis and fractures of other small bones in children, adolescents, and small stature adults. The system consists of two implant length offerings, to fit patients both with and without a proximal row carpectomy (PRC). Bending templates are included in the set to assist with intra-operative contouring of the plate into either dorsiflexion or palmar flexion.
Children’s bones are capable of remodeling with remarkable success. Designed with this in mind, the PediFlex flexible nailing system is indicated for the treatment of long bone fractures of the femur, tibia, humerus, and fibula. Elastic intramedullary nailing of long bone fractures is safe, minimally invasive, and associated with few complications. PediFlex is offered in both titanium constructs, in sizes from 1.5mm-4.5mm, as well as stainless steel, also available in sizes 1.5mm-4.0mm. Sizing increments of 0.5mm accommodate all surgeon preferences when addressing unique patient anatomies.

PediFrag
The OP PediFrag System is a unique combination fragment set specifically designed by pediatric orthopedic surgeons for pediatric orthopedic surgery. This 3-in-1 system combines the optimal portions of mini fragment, small fragment and 4.0mm cannulated screw systems to specifically support fracture management to meet the unique needs of the pediatric patient, surgeon, and hospital employees. The PediFrag 2.7/3.5mm system is intended to provide temporary internal fixation and stabilization of long bones, short (small) bones, pelvis, and scapula. It includes the plates, screws and instruments needed to repair a wide range of indications.
